Looking for a flatmate in a 4 bedroom maisonnette apartment (93m). The rooms available are a spacious bedroom (15m) and a small office (10m) in Rijnsweerd available from 5th of July (initial contract of 6 months and if it's going well, it'll be extended).

The house is situated in a quiet street and has several very green walks around (including Amelisweerd which is 5min cycling from here). Utrecht Centraal is 12min by bike.

The apartment has a modern kitchen - nice oven, induction, dishwasher; comfy living room, big sunny balcony, storage space for bikes (and other things), two toilets.

You will be sharing the flat with myself - a dorky and quietly enthusiastic young professional in the field of Learning&Development. I love psychology, hiking and sports, I find social causes important and identify with people who are also socially-and-politically-minded. This is a LGBTQ+ friendly and overall left-leaning flat!

Ideal candidate: respecting personal space and the busy schedules we have, but also happy to occasionally socialise and have a philosophical discussion over a coffee or somewhere in nature; someone who has consideration of other people and their needs, and values clean spaces and a grounded environment.
