Kamer in Bonistraat

I am looking for a student who is moving to Utrecht from outside the city to start their studies and is interested in renting my lovely upstairs apartment on Bonistraat in the Lombok district.

When you enter through the front door, you arrive in a shared hallway with two doors: one leading upstairs and one to the ground-floor apartment. Please note that the front entrance is shared, so the upstairs apartment does not have its own private front door.

The apartment

Upstairs youll find a spacious kitchen/living area with several kitchen units, space for a dining table, and room for additional storage. From this area you have access to the front room, back room, and bathroom.

The washing machine connection is located in the shed, which can be accessed via the back entrance.

The apartment is located just a 10-minute bike ride from Utrecht Central Station. There is also a bus stop directly behind the house, and you can reach the Utrecht ring road within 5 minutes by car.

The apartment is rented as shown in the photos and is partly furnished.

The rent is 1,150 per month excluding utilities (approximately 1,250 including utilities).

Please note that the apartment is intended for one person only, and registration at the address is possible for that person.
