Dear room seekers,

From January 3rd until March 2nd, my room will be available for sublet. Since Ill be traveling for two months during that time, the room would otherwise remain empty so this might be a nice temporary option for you. Starting from 1st of April or May, the other room in the house will become available, so there is an option to stay for a longer period.

The room is 10m², fully furnished, and equipped with everything you need. Youll be living together with Alex, a friendly and tidy 27-year-old male housemate. Together youll share a 75m² apartment (kitchen, living room, bathroom, toilet, and a lovely balcony). The apartment is located in the north of Utrecht, right next to a nature reserve thats great for walks, and directly above a small shopping center. You can bike to the city center in just over 10 minutes, and Utrecht Overvecht station is only an 8-minute walk away.

Im looking for a reliable subtenant aged 23+ who is either a young professional or finishing their studies. Its important that you treat the room with care and also contribute to the daily household tasks. The rent is 795 per month, including service costs.
