Kamer in Griftstraat

Hello room seekers!

Our housemate Ozgur has bought his own place, so were looking for a new housemate starting September 1st, 2025 for our lovely spot on Griftstraat, in the popular Wittevrouwen neighborhood.

The room is about 14m², perfect for a double bed, wardrobe, and desk, and it's located at the back of the house. You'll also have full access to our spacious living room, kitchen, and our own garden! The entire house is about 120m². Registration at the address is of course possible.

Wittevrouwen is one of the most desirable neighborhoods in Utrecht. Supermarkets, the Griftpark, and all other amenities are just around the corner. You can bike to the city center in five minutesclose enough to enjoy it, but without the downtown chaos.

We are Simon (33), a sports enthusiast and project manager, and Rengert (23), a hobby DJ and programmer. We're easygoing, with no house rules or obligations, but we do enjoy having a beer together now and then or doing something fun. The house could use a bit of love, so were planning to spruce up the garden and rearrange the living room. It would be great if youd like to help with that!

We prefer someone 23 years or older, ideally a student (due to a temporary 1-year contract with the intention to extend), but if you're not a student or under 23 and okay with a temporary contract, you're still welcome to apply. The most important thing for us is a good connection!
