The house is well maintained and the current housemates are all women. Were looking for someone who feels comfortable in a calm, friendly household and treats the home and housemates with respect.

Youll share the other facilities (kitchen, bathroom and toilet) with the housemates. Internet (Wi-Fi) is available and included in the rent.

Who are we looking for?

A tidy, calm student (m/f) who is serious about their MBO, HBO or university studies. Proof of enrolment is required. No smoking and no pets. Registration with the municipality is possible. We prefer a mature, flexible person who uses energy responsibly and is mindful of shared facilities.
