Looking for a nice tenant (f/m, 19-26 years old) for our apartment in Overvecht-Zuid (95m²). We are looking for someone who has their own (social) life but also enjoys doing something fun together every now and then.

We are a 19-year-old man and a 53-year-old man (no relation), working and/or studying, plus a sweet, medium-sized dog. We share a 25m² living room, a fitted eat-in kitchen with a dishwasher, a laundry/drying area, a shower room, a separate toilet, and a balcony with evening sun.

The room measures 12m², has laminate flooring, blackout curtains and a ceiling light, and is furnished with a double bed, separate mattress, wardrobe, and large desk.

This concerns my teenage son's room, who is only here for approx. 2 weekends a month. Due to the room shortage in Utrecht, I want to rent out his room during the times he is not here.

Eg. suitable for a student who goes home regularly or has a partner.
