Kamer in Monarchvlinderlaan

A quite big furnished room in a big modern vegetarian house. On the same floor there is another room that is rented out to one person as well. There is a toilet on that floor.

The house is located in a pleasant area in Leidsche Rijn. Shops, bus and trainstation nearby.

Common use of kitchen, bathroom and garden with the other tenant (female), our 4 years old daughter and ourselves (couple).

We only cook & eat lacto-vegetarian (without meat, fish or eggs) in the house.

We do not smoke or drink. Please no heavy drinkers; smokers, please do not react.

Including heat, water, electricity and internet (normal use).

The room is for one person, but of course you can have a visitor once in a while.

In case you'd have a car or visitors: the area is still a free parking zone.

Deposit: 1 month rent.
