The house is located next to the Vecht in Zuilen (Utrecht), lots of nature and a small shopping center with public transport within a 5+-minute walk.

The room is spacious with its 20m2 and with 20m2 roof terrace and is located on the 3rd floor of the house. You have enough privacy because you have the entire floor to yourself. In the house live 2 other girls, my mother, me and nice cats!

The room is only temporarily for rent. The reason is because the room and the roof terrace are being converted into independent studios! Advertisements for this are expected to appear on kamernet early next year.
