Then you might be a good match for my completely renovated, furnished (including a high-end Auping bed) top floor of a Dutch row-house in sought-after Oog in Al, close to central station, public transportation, and more.

The room is 45 m2, has plenty of closet space, a basic kitchenette with several electrical appliances (stove, hood, refrigerator, microwave, hot water kettle, tosti maker, basic espresso machine, Braun mixer), shared bathroom. Access to the top floor via shared hallway, with your own private door to the stairs leading up to the room.

I am looking for someone treats people and things around him respectfully and with care, and keeps into account that the room is part of a family home with young children.
