*viewing possible end of August, Im on holiday now* (The room looks slightly different from the photos, the table and chairs are not there anymore) Location: Rijnlaan in the Rivierenwijk district, a 7-minute bike ride to the city center. 10 minutes to Utrecht Central Station. 4 minutes to Vaartse Rijn Station. Bus stop right outside, supermarket a 5-minute walk away.

Near Ledig Erf, where you'll find the Louis Hartloper Complex and charming outdoor cafes.

Room: 30m². With a private sink and balcony. Fully furnished, including bed linens and towels. The shared spaces are spacious and include a living room, bathroom, toilet, and kitchen. There is a secure bicycle shed. We live in a quiet neighborhood and I'd like to keep it that way, so no constant visitors. Also, please no smokers.

Subletting is not permitted.

You'll be living with two other friendly female students who enjoy doing fun activities together occasionally, but also have their own lives.
