Kamer in Rijnlaan

Hallo allemaal!

Seeking: A female student to join our home for an 8 month sublet from 3 December 2025 31 July 2026. Timeline is flexible, but no registration is possible :)

Location: Rijnlaan in the Rivierenwijk. 7 minutes biking from the center. 10 minutes biking to Utrecht Centraal. 4 minutes to the Vaartse Rijn station. There is a bus stop right outside the door and many supermarkets nearby. In the south of Utrecht, it close to the Louis Hartloper and Ledig Erf.

House: The room is 15m2 with your own sink. Everything is included towels, sheets, desk, bed, lamps, dresser, and clothing rack. The kitchen is fully stocked. All you need to do is bring yourself and your personal stuff

Roommates:

Kalliopi (from Greece) has just finished her Masters in bioinformatics. She enjoys Pilates, reading, and spending time with friends. She has a boyfriend in Delft and they usually switch off who travels on the weekend.

Georgia (Scottish/French) has just begun her PhD in Climate science (she studies ice). She enjoys spending time with people, crafting, gaming, and music. She and her boyfriend in Paris also switch off who travels.

We maintain a weekly chore schedule and are very chill, with the very occasional party for birthdays or holidays. We split shared purchases in WBW. We are all quite social and friendly but enjoy our alone time as well. We have roommate dinners where we have been known to paint, yap, and watch a series together. We enjoy an occasional drink but are not big partiers. Please no smokers. Sorry, registration with the municipality is not possible for this sublet.

Our house is really a wonderful sanctuary, we hope that we can find a considerate, tidy, friendly housemate to share it with.
