We're looking for a new flatmate!

Hi! We are a couple living in a two bedroom apartment. Our old flatmate has become an adult and bought a house, so we are looking for a new flatmate. The house is pretty spacious, well isolated, has open floor kitchen-living room, big balcony and storage room. The bedroom is spacious with 15 m², unfurnished, but there´s an option to buy the current bed from previous tenant. The apartment has a large balcony, perfect for relaxing and sunbathing.
