Kamer in Troelstralaan

Sunny and spacious room available for sublet during June (with possible extension until ~ mid August). All the furniture will be left as is seen in the pictures. I will empty some shelves/surfaces to give more space for your things. I am looking for a girl / young woman who is clean and quiet.

The location is great - Utrecht City Centre is 5 min by bike, Jumbo and Kruidvat 5 min walking.

The house is shared with 3 other girls who are working and/or studying. We have a weekly cleaning schedule, there is no common room - everyone is doing their own thing but always open for a small chat in the hallway or the kitchen.

Separately on the ground floor lives a family with a small child whose room is right underneath this one, that is something to take into consideration especially during night hours.

Before subletting, I would love to get to know you better over a cup of coffee or tea, so preferably you are already in Utrecht a few days before the start of June. Also a requirement from the landlord is a small meeting.
