Kamer in Van Eysingalaan

Hey guys,

A room in our apartment is up for sublet nov 21st - dec 21st for 894 p/mo incl. The location is Van Eysingalaan.

Accessibility is great - the house is 10 minutes by bike from Utrecht Centraal with multiple bus and tram stops about 2 minutes away. It's also super close to Ah, Jumbo, Lidl and all the essential stores.

The room is about 30 m2 (super large) and has great lighting. With the amount of space in the room - you could do a lot while still having your privacy.

You share a kitchen, restroom, shower, and balcony with two housemates - Jake, 29 (a game designer) and , Karun 32 (a music composer). The room up for rent was originally the living room which is now repurposed - so the house doesnt boast too much in terms of communal space except for the kitchen and balcony. The spoken language at home is English - but there's no preference when it comes to nationality/background etc. We both cook super often and our kitchen is small but super stacked with most of what's required. The vibe in the house is quite chill and quiet - everyone's got their individual work and social life going on, but every now and then - we catch up for a drink/meal.

We're looking for someone who is responsible, independent and clean to take up the room. Its also important that youve had some experience sharing a home and can communicate well. There isnt a preference whether youre a student or a working professional as long as you can slot into the rhythm of the house easily.
