Because we met our family on the ground floor and live on the 1st floor, we have as a rule: no male visitor, no smoking and no alcohol and shoes downstairs and upstairs.

This is a landlady, we rent the top floor of our house.

You share this floor (2nd floor) with 1 female person. She is often absent due to working conditions. So the whole floor is actually for you. There is an extra kitchen on the 2nd floor, a washing machine and the bathroom has a shower, sink, toilet and free WiFi. Overvecht station is 12 minutes by bike and the central station is 18 minutes. Center is 15 minutes by bike. Shopping center is 10 minutes by bike, bus stop is 1 minute. Behind this house is the Gagelbos where you can enjoy jogging, cycling, walking, etc. This room is definitely worth a visit. Our preference is for a female tenant.
