Studio in Gerbrandypad

Hi, I am urgently looking for a subtenant for my studio from April 1, 2026 to June 30, 2026 (3 months) due to my previous subtenant leaving earlier than expected.

My studio is 20m² and is part of the Gerbrandypad complex of SSH. The rent is 835 per month, including utilities (gas, water, electricity) and internet. If you have little or no income, you may be eligible for 422 in housing allowance. You can also register at my address for the 3-month period.

My bed, desk, and (clothing) wardrobes will remain in the studio, and you are welcome to use my plates and cutlery as well.

It is important that you are a student, as this is an SSH property.

The photos were taken before I cleared out the room, but during the viewing it will be exactly as you will rent it.

Viewings are available upon request; a friend or the previous subtenant will show you the studio.
