Location

The studio is located in Kanaleneiland-Zuid, within walking distance of Nova and Vasco da Gama shopping centers. The accessibility and therefore the location of the studio are excellent: major roads (including highways) and tram and bus connections are in the immediate vicinity. Park Transwijk is approximately a 7-minute walk away. Utrecht Central Station is about a 13-minute bike ride away, and the center of Utrecht can be reached within 15 minutes.

The Studio

The studio has its own entrance, bathroom, and kitchen. The studio is located on the first floor (accessible via a fixed staircase) and offers a beautiful unobstructed view of the water.

The studio is fully furnished from top to bottom and ready for immediate use. Everything you need is provided: from a comfortable bed, a (folding) dining table, and a seating area to a fully equipped kitchen with pots, cutlery, plates, and glasses. Even small details such as a kettle, dish drying rack, and cooking utensils are included.

The bathroom is very luxurious and modern, featuring a walk-in shower.

All you need to bring is your suitcase; everything else has already been taken care of.

Rental Conditions

- Registration at the address is possible.

- The studio is only available to one working tenant with their own employment income.

- Applications where the rent is guaranteed by a guarantor will not be accepted.

House Rules

- Pets are not allowed.

- Smoking is not allowed.

- It is not permitted to have guests stay overnight in the studio.
