Im looking for someone to sublet my cozy 24 m² studio in Utrecht. Its located just a few minutes' walk from station Vaartsche Rijn, so super well-connected to the rest of the city and beyond.

It is a newly built building for students. Fully furnished but all my personal belongings will be gone, so you'll have the space completely to yourself

Perfect for someone currently looking for housing in Utrecht and in between places.
