Studio in Seringstraat

A self-contained studio in my house will become available on November 1st!

The studio is located on the second floor of the house. I live on the ground floor and the first floor. To enter the studio, you walk through my part of the house.

The studio was built in early 2024, so its still nice and new! It consists of a living room with a new kitchen, a bathroom, and a bedroom. Living area = 29 m².

Facilities: the studio has an air conditioner that both heats and cools. The kitchen is equipped with a combi-oven, 4-burner induction hob, and a fridge-freezer. The bathroom has an electric radiator. The studio is well insulated. A washing machine is available for you to use on the ground floor in my living area.

The living room is furnished with a sofa, 2 side tables, dining table, and 2 chairs. The bedroom is furnished with a bed, a wardrobe, and a chest of drawers (see photos). I am looking for a quiet, preferably female housemate between 20 and 40 years old. Someone tidy and clean. Occasionally, a neighbors cat comes into my house, so a cat allergy would not be convenient.

The house is located on a quiet street in the Bloemenbuurt, just behind the Amsterdamsestraatweg. The city center and Central Station are a 10-minute bike ride away, and Utrecht Zuilen station is only a 2-minute walk.

This is for temporary rental starting November 1, 2025, for one year, with the possibility of extension.
