Located in a safe, quiet and green neighborhood with good connections to Utrecht city, easy bike/public transport access to Utrecht and free parking in front of the house. Ideal for students, PhD, researchers or young professionals looking for comfort and convenience in Utrecht.

The house (~145m2)-3 bedrooms-2 toilets with a nice garden (~70m2) has a friendly and calm atmosphere. I (the owner) live in the house, and one room is rented to an international law student at Utrecht University. We are both females. Sometimes we chat or share a meal, but everyone mostly follows their own routine.
