My name is Eva María. I am a nurse working in the High Intensive Care Unit (HICU) for Psychiatry. I have a lovely little house van 87m² with a garden in a quiet and beautiful location, an 8-minute walk from Volendam's lively town center and harbor. I offer a furnished room on the ground floor with access to a private toilet in a shared house. The house has two floors.

You have an unobstructed view of the polder and a traditional windmill. The kitchen/living room, bathroom, toilet, and garden are shared. I am looking for a friendly roommate who is a student.

Parking is free. The house will be completely painted and redecorated in early January, and a new kitchen with a combination microwave/oven and a dishwasher will be installed. A washing machine and dryer are available. There is a TV in the room.

Period: January 26 July 26, 2026. Extensions are only possible upon consultation.

Rent: 950, including gas, water, electricity, and internet.

According to house rules.

Travel time: The bus stop is 5 minutes away. Central Station is a 30-minute public transport ride away. By car, it is 20 minutes.

Free parking.

Registration is not possible.

Smoking and drug use are not permitted.

No pets.

The room will be repainted white and will have new furniture, including a double loft bed (140cm wide), a TV, a desk, a wardrobe, seating, and a small table.
