The house was recently renovated , everything is almost new. Two bathrooms, nice kitchen and quite house mates. Currently there are 3 students living here. Also bicycles storage in front of the house available.

Including registration, gas, water, electricity, Wifi, furniture, and all taxes. No surprise additional monthly costs. Also we have a cleaning lady that comes 2 times per month. No agency fees, we are the direct landlord!
