We are looking for a fourth roommate!

The room is on Schoolstraat in Voorschoten and is ±11m2. There is also a shared bathroom, kitchen, and living room which are all quite large.

It is subletting (registration in municipality possible) from 1 June to 31 December (no possible extension). The rent is 413 (possibly 438 after June after consultation with landlord) including gas, electricity, internet, cleaning supplies.

The deposit is also 413.

Has to be registered at an educational institution!!

Because person who is leaving wasn't in the country when making the ad, the photos are of a room of the same size. The real room looks different!
