Appartement in Uiverweide

MAY-SEPTEMBER single 900/ couple 1500 a month, all included.

We are looking for a caring person or a couple for a period of 4 months (May-September) to stay in our lovely home, which is located in a quiet residential area in Wageningen noord and very close to the University's student campus.

We are renting a sunny room on the first floor of the house with a double bed and a large wardrobe, with its private bathroom/toilet.

Laundry facilities are available and located in the same 1st. floor.

We live in the upper 2nd. floor but will be away for the entire 4-month period.

The spaces we offer are the kitchen and the wide living/dining room looking onto the terrace through glass windows and door, as well as the garden/terrace with an entrance for bicycles on the back side of the house.

The house is strictly non-smoking, and cleanliness and tidiness are a must.

My husband and I will be traveling for an extended time during this period,

we would like to have somebody that loves plants since they have to be watered while we are gone.
