Im looking for a new housemate from 1 July in Wageningen, and maybe thats you!

The room is 10 m² in a spacious apartment of 85 m² in total. Rent is 520 per month, all-in: gas, water, electricity, and super fast internet. Well be sharing a bathroom, kitchen, a bright and roomy living area, and a cozy balcony overlooking the bus station, perfect for people-watching or sipping coffee in the sun

Everything you need is just around the corner: supermarkets, shops, a gym, and public transport.

Youll be living with me: David, 31 years old, fourth-year PhD student, music lover, pianist, and an avid runner and cyclist. You'll also be sharing the apartment with my two cats: Poets and Happie . Theyre cuddly, curious, and occasionally a little mischievous. So being a cat lover is a must, and itd be great if youre happy to cat-sit every now and then! My girlfriend will also be around from time to time.

Im looking for a relaxed and responsible housemate (preferably an MSc student or working) who enjoys the occasional shared meal or chat, but also values privacy. No strict house rules here, just open communication and being considerate works perfectly for me.
