Kamer in Plantsoen

Hi future housemate!

From now until the beginning of May, my room will be temporarily available in the Plantsoenhuis, located in the city center. The room is 19.5 m², fully furnished (including an aquarium), and the rent is 450 per month, including gas, water, electricity, internet, and general cleaning.

Youll be living in a mixed student house with 14 housemates. While people occasionally eat together or spend time together, everyone has their own routine, and overall its a relatively calm house where you can easily have your own space.

The location is ideal: less than a 10-minute bike ride to the university, with all amenities within walking distance.
