Dear room seekers

Are you looking for a cosy house to call home for a couple of months? Are you sick of your current housemates and want to live in a friendly house next to the greenery of the park? Are you done with washing dishes and would like a very functional dishwasher? Well, thats perfect because we are looking for 1 new housemate for a sublet for approximately two months, from 2 November until the first week of January!

Were two Italians and one Swiss-latina housemate, and we enjoy having a cosy and friendly atmosphere at home. We have phases where were busy and do our own things, but mostly we really enjoy gathering and spending quality time together, especially when it comes to eating.

Were looking for someone who wants to contribute to a cosy house feeling and who values cleanliness. AND MOST OF ALL, someone who wouldnt mind their kitchen becoming a bakery (AKA La Ventanita) every few weekends!! :)

- Rent: 494 per month

- Sublet for approximately two months, from 2 November until the first week of January

- 15 m², 2nd floor, furnished, own sink, sun in the afternoon
