Kamer in Wim Kanstraat

Hey there! A cozy room will become available in our super gezellig house in the Noord-West neighborhood starting November 1st! We currently live here with the three of us and are proud owners of a (vegetable) garden, a fully equipped kitchen, and a newly renovated bathroom. Our home is very open and welcomingfriends are always dropping by, and we love sharing meals together.

The room is in the attic and about 10 m². Youll also have access to a landing area with a wardrobe and extra storage space. It might not be huge, but we spend most of our time downstairs or outside together. Rent is 400/month including utilities.

Are you a Masters student, PhD candidate, or working? Do you enjoy being at home, sharing meals, and hanging outbut also value doing your own thing? Are you not afraid to mow the lawn now and then, help out in the garden, and make use of an absurdly large collection of kitchen gear?
