A beautiful spacious room in a detached house near the center and station (both 5 minutes by bike) with your own spacious roof terrace (25m2!) and bathroom with shower and sink.

You will live with a Friendly woman (42) and 2 young children. (4 & 7) Important you get along even we live our own lifes, Privacy matters. Preference when you want to place a kitchenette on the room.

Term initially until the end of the year To see how it goes for both, but extension could possibly be optional.

My idea of offering this room is that you are also would be fine for 4/5 times a month, to keep an eye /ear on the kids in the evening (so no active babysitting, but combining when you are at home)

Room is equipped with a sofa bed, closet and curtains / blinds.
