A lovely room is available immediately on a spacious houseboat with a double bed, offering a beautiful view of the Zaan and plenty of freedom. There are ample storage options for clothing, etc.

Total surface area approximately 9 m². There is no space for storing furniture, etc.

The entire ship is equipped with central heating and good heating.

The shared spaces:

Terrace: Outside on the deck, there is a table with chairs where you can enjoy the outdoors / boat life on the Zaan.

Bathroom: Bathtub, Shower, Toilet, Open Kitchen: Washing machine, Dryer, Dining table, Coffee machine, Espresso machine. Smoking is not permitted inside; there is ample opportunity to smoke on the deck.

Keeping your own room and the common areas clean and tidy is very important. If you do not wish to participate in the cleaning routine, you can pay to opt out.

Parking: There is a free parking spot on the street.

Wormerveer station and various shops are within walking distance.

Applying for a bank account and receiving mail is not a problem. A bicycle can be rented for a a little contribution.
