Room to rent, short term, in Wormerveer.

Hello, since my flatmate is moving out we are looking for a tenant for the remaining time (end of this year).

- written contract till end of this year (extending rather not possible)

- possible to register

- 850 per month inc. (city taxes exl.) + deposit

- only for 1 person (no couples)

- 21 min train to Amsterdam Centraal

- <10min walk to train station

- available immediately

- non-smoking policy

- LGBTQ+ and neurodivergent friendly, religion&politics free

- there's dishwasher and washing machine/dryer

- room is semi-furnished, there's a bed (and a hot tub for some reason...)

You would only be sharing the apartment with me, my schedule is pretty busy lately so I would prefer there's no visitors, music or TV in the evenings.

Since my contract also ends with the end of the year, I'd be interested to look for another apartment together, but it's not a must.
