Kamer in Mahatma Ghandhihof

The house is around 100 square meters and includes a garden. It is situated in the southwest area of Zaandam, and it's less than a 10-minute walk to the train station.

The room I am offering for rent is 20 square meters and is located on the first floor of my house. It is already furnished with a bed, nightstand, one chair, and an office chair.

I will not be providing additional furniture such as a closet.

Layout:

Ground Floor: The ground floor includes the living room, kitchen, a small toilet, and access to the garden.

First Floor: On the first floor, you will find my bedroom, the main bathroom (equipped with a shower, bathtub, and toilet), and the bedroom that I am renting.

Second Floor: The second floor features another bedroom where a different tenant resides. Additionally, this floor is where you can find the washing machine, dryer, and boiler.

About Me:

I'm 32, have been living in the Netherlands for a few years, and work full-time in IT from home. In my free time, I game and play guitar (just being upfront about the noisy hobbies). I'm home most of the time, except when traveling or out on weekends.
