Hello! This bright, sunny room is situated on the first floor. Included in the price is a bi-weekly cleaner, internet, water, gas and electric.

The house has 2 toilets on separate floors and a garden where you can store your bike safely.

You will be sharing the house (81m2+33m2 garden) with me (35) and my roommate (26). We both travel almost every month, for work or holidays.

We are both sociable professionals with a love of cooking, who occasionally share meals and activities. Looking for an easygoing, professional, or working student, who is vegetarian(this is preferred), who doesnt mind a home of singing and dancing, but also reading and relaxation.

We enjoy having friends and family visit and stay over occasionally, and as long as there is space, you are welcome to do the same.

The neighborhood is very friendly, most of the time quiet, can be more lively, it depends on the weather!
