Kamer in Couwenhoven

Hello! We (Cathelijne, Karlijn, Lotte, and Sanne) are looking for a fifth housemate aged between 22 and 26 who enjoys game nights, a cozy atmosphere, and is also focused on her studies. We like to cook and eat together as much as possible. We also have a cleaning schedule.

Cathelijne is 22 and is doing a premasters in Orthopedagogy in Nijmegen.

Karlijn is 24 and is currently pursuing a Masters in Behavioral Biology.

Lotte is 22 and is doing her Masters in Child and Adolescent Psychology.

Sanne is 25 and studied Economics; she is currently doing an internship in Amsterdam.

Practical information

The room is 14 square meters and the rent is 550 per month, excluding 80 in service costs. The room is available from May 1, 2026, with a contract lasting ultimately until December 2027.

The house has a shared kitchen, utility room, living room, and bathroom with both a shower and a bathtub. We also have a washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, oven, and microwave. There is a front yard and a backyard, as well as a garage for your bike.

The room is located in Zeist. Its a 20-minute bike ride to De Uithof and a 2-minute ride to a shopping center with an AH, Aldi, and Dekamarkt. Bus 74 takes just under half an hour to reach Utrecht Central Station, and the bus stop is right outside the house.
