Kamer in Oude Arnhemseweg

Dear future housemate,

We are looking for a fun, working (can be part time studying) housemate that will join us in our house in Zeist. We want someone who does not smoke, is responsible and doesn't mind cleaning (there is a schedule). We are looking for someone between the ages of 23 and 30

who appreciates a cozy atmosphere and likes to sometimes cook or play games/watch movies together, but generally does their own thing. No pets allowed.

You will be living with four roommates (a PHD student, one university student at Utrecht University and two working women). We enjoy cooking together and occasionally watching a movie and chatting. The house is on the 'Oude Arnhemseweg' close to the centre of Zeist and a bus stop that will lead directly to Utrecht central station or Driebergen-zeist station. Utrecht Science Park is 5 km by bike (± 20 min.) and also easily reachable by bus.

The room is 13 m2 and costs 500 euro incl. The internet and household costs come on top of that (9,60 per month). The room has its own sink and there is a washing machine available in the house. The kitchen is shared with 1 person. There is another kitchen present for the 3 people upstairs on the first floor. Other than that there is a small shed where you can put your bike and a small garden that is shared with the neighboring house.
