We are looking for one friendly, quiet, and responsible tenant to rent a private studio in our peaceful home in Zeist.

The studio is for single occupancy only and is not available for couples.

Rental allowance (huurtoeslag) is not possible for this studio.

Rent: 1050 per month, including utilities

Suitable for a working professional or masters student

Preference for a female tenant

No smoking

No pets

The studio offers plenty of privacy and has its own private bathroom and kitchen. The only shared areas are the staircase and laundry area, where the washing machine is located.

The house is clean, peaceful, and quiet, so we are looking for someone who values a calm and respectful living environment.

Who You Would Be Living With

We are a friendly working couple who enjoy keeping a relaxed and comfortable atmosphere at home.

I am very active and enjoy sports. I dont drink alcohol, and neither of us smokes. We both enjoy music, travelling, and having good conversations.

Although everyone has their own space and privacy, we would like to live with someone who is friendly and sociable and with whom we can occasionally have a chat. At the same time, we respect each others privacy, routines, and independence.
