The house is located in the new neighborhood of Zoetermeer, with all new houses and buildings around, close to the Tram, NS Train and bus stops. From here you can easily reach Leiden, Den Haag, Delft, Gouda and Rotterdam.

The house has around 80m2 and has a balcony with a water canal by its side, which gives a beautiful evening landscape. Nearby you can find shops, a supermarket, a gym, a swimming pool, beach on the lake.

Conditions:

- temporary stay for 1 to 3 months maximum.

- The rental price is 700 euros and there is an initial deposit of 1000 euros.
