Set of 2 light modern rooms, one with a balcony, situated at 1st floor of family house. Jointly available for quiet, tidy, non-smoking girl/woman taking along a solid vacuum cleaner! The house is located in green, safe, quarters called 'Veeralleekwartier', at biking and even walking distance to the city, railway station, and Windesheim Univ.. Cats and dogs are not allowed, but small caged animals are welcome! The house is to be kept clean according to a strict cleaning schedule.

Free car parking; bikes to be kept in a closed backyard. Rent: 525 per month, to be paid before the 1st day of the month. Deposit: 650. Straightforward rental contract (2 pages, in Dutch!). Term: 1 full calender month. I have a preference for students of Global Projects & Change Management at Windesheim University.
